A snow shovel fell from the wall and obstructed the garage door from closing properly. I was not able to see the snow shovel since the car blocked my view. Unfortunately, I persisted in trying to close the door, which resulted in the mangled double door (16’ x 7’) as seen in two photos. Ben from Garage Door USA arrived within about 90 minutes of our call on Saturday morning . He took great care to ensure the car would not be damaged as he removed the garage door in pieces to enable extricating the car. He then replaced the door to enable a secure, although not functional door until his return on Monday to replace the door. We took the opportunity to upgrade from non-insulated to a triple insulated door. It was a pleasure to work with Ben. He explained the options and we decided to replace like-for-like, with the exception of the upgraded insulation. We are happy with the installation as shown in two photos. Ben worked quickly and efficiently. Based on this experience, I would recommend Ben and Garage Door USA.
